These terms cover purchases by consumers for personal use. For wholesale or business purchases, please contact us to agree separate terms.
-
Product descriptions, pack sizes, ingredients and relevant dietary information are provided on our product pages.
Please check the product information before ordering and read the label before consumption. Follow the storage instructions and any warnings on the packaging.
Product images are illustrative. Packaging colours and appearance may vary slightly, but the goods supplied must match their description.
-
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Standard delivery costs £5.50 per order, whether you purchase one or two cases. The total amount payable is displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Orders are limited to a maximum of two cases.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including those available through Squarespace Payments and PayPal.
Payment is taken when you place your order. You must be authorised to use the payment method you provide.
We may change our prices for future orders. Price changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
-
Please check your basket, contact details and delivery address before completing checkout.
After you place an order, we will send an email acknowledging receipt. This acknowledgement does not, by itself, mean that we have accepted your order.
We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation. At that point, a contract is formed between you and Tiger Tea Energy Ltd.
If we cannot accept your order, for example because stock is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, delivery is unavailable to your address, or there is an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and refund any payment taken without undue delay.
Where there is a pricing error, we will explain the correct price and give you the choice of placing a new order or receiving a refund. We will not charge you an increased price without your agreement.
-
We currently deliver to UK addresses only, subject to the postcode restrictions and services shown at checkout.
Our estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days from placing your order, unless a different timeframe is shown before purchase.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date.
We remain responsible for the goods until they come into your physical possession or that of a person you nominate to receive them. Different rules may apply if you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer.
If an order is delayed, missing or damaged during delivery, contact tigerteaenergy@gmail.com. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with your legal rights.
Further delivery information is set out in our Shipping Policy.
-
You can cancel an eligible online order without giving a reason until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You then have a further 14 days from notifying us to send them back.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage. This may exceed the £5.50 delivery charge paid when ordering.
If you ask us to arrange a return label, we will confirm its actual cost and obtain your agreement beforehand.
Individual cans must remain sealed for change-of-mind returns. Opening the outer delivery box or case packaging does not, by itself, remove your cancellation rights.
For cancellation instructions, refund arrangements, exceptions and the optional cancellation form, please see our Refund and Returns Policy.
-
We must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If your goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact tigerteaenergy@gmail.com. Your legal rights may include a refund or replacement.
Where you are entitled to reject goods, we cover reasonable return costs or arrange collection. Change-of-mind return charges do not apply.
Nothing in these terms or our other policies restricts your statutory consumer rights.
-
You may use our website for lawful browsing and shopping.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or interfere with its operation.
The website’s branding, text, illustrations, photographs and other content belong to Tiger Tea Energy Ltd or our licensors, unless otherwise stated.
You may view and print content for personal use. Commercial reproduction or use requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
-
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and your statutory rights relating to the goods.
The products sold under these consumer terms are supplied for personal use. We do not accept liability for business losses arising from their commercial use or resale.
-
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.
Our Cookie Policy explains our use of cookies and similar technologies and how you can manage your choices.
-
If you have a complaint, email tigerteaenergy@gmail.com with your order number, where relevant, and a description of the issue.
We will investigate and seek to resolve the matter fairly. Please let us know if you need an accessible way to communicate with us.
-
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in force when you place your order will apply to that order.
-
These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Any dispute may be brought before the courts available to you under applicable UK jurisdiction rules, including the courts where you live where you are entitled to use them.
