This policy applies to purchases made by consumers through www.tigerteaenergy.com, operated by Tiger Tea Energy Ltd.

You can cancel your order without giving a reason from the time you place it until 14 days after the day you receive your goods. If your order arrives in separate deliveries, this period runs from the day after you receive the last item.

To cancel, email tigerteaenergy@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Please include your name and order number to help us identify your purchase.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it in accordance with the instructions below. Cancellation does not depend on receiving our approval.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

You are responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of return postage. This may be higher than the £5.50 delivery charge paid when ordering.

You can use your chosen postal or courier service. Please package the goods securely and retain proof of postage.

If you would prefer us to arrange a return label, please contact us. We will confirm the actual return postage cost and obtain your agreement before arranging it. We do not add handling or administration fees to this cost.

Please keep individual cans sealed. Once a can has been opened, it is unsuitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons, and the change-of-mind cancellation right no longer applies to that can.

Opening the outer delivery box or case packaging does not, by itself, remove your cancellation rights.

We may make a proportionate deduction if handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods has reduced their value. We do not charge cancellation or restocking fees.

These conditions do not limit your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

If you cancel your entire order, we will refund the full price paid for the goods and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We will not deduct any outbound delivery costs included within the product price.

If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we will not refund the additional delivery charge above our standard delivery rate.

We will issue your refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

If the goods have not been dispatched, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund processing fee.

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or you believe a product is faulty or not as described, email tigerteaenergy@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and, where reasonably possible, photographs of the affected cans and packaging. Batch codes and best-before dates can also help us investigate.

Do not consume any product that appears unsafe, is leaking, or has a broken seal.

You normally have a legal right to reject faulty or misdescribed goods for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Rights may also continue after that period, including rights to a replacement or refund where applicable.

Where you are entitled to reject goods, we will cover reasonable return costs or arrange collection. Please contact us before posting damaged or leaking goods so that we can agree a suitable method.

Refunds for rejected faulty goods will be issued without undue delay and within 14 days of our agreement that you are entitled to a refund.

If items are missing or your order has not arrived, contact tigerteaenergy@gmail.com with your order number.

We will investigate with the delivery provider and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your legal rights.

If you purchased TIGER TEA from another retailer, please contact that retailer about your return or refund. You can also contact us directly to report a product quality or safety concern.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
